Our Process

Initial meeting with architect and design team

We will have a sit down to go over the site and the proposed project. We will spend time getting a sense of the style of renovation or build-out and what the needs of the space are.

There will be many back and forth discussions post the initial meeting to go over certain specifications and materials.

Estimate, Spec Sheet, and Visuals

Once we have had the meeting and gone over some drafts, we will have another meeting that goes over the itemized estimate, the specs and materials that have been discussed, and the visual design drawings.

Contract and Permitting

Once all of the above mentioned documents have been approved, they will be put in contract form and signed by both parties.

It is at this time that the permit process begins.

Building

Once the appropriate building permits are in place, work can begin.

A weekly meeting is highly recommended so that topics can be discussed as the project is progressing.

There is a constant flow of communication through e-mail, phone, and text messages as the project progresses.

Project Wrap Meeting

At the end of the project, there is one final walk through meeting.
